PATIENT RESOURCES

Patient resources: what to bring, what to expect, and how we work.

Whether you are a new patient, an attorney coordinating care for a client, or someone returning after time away, these resources will help you make the most of your visit.

New patient: what to bring

  • Photo ID and insurance card
  • For auto accident cases: insurance claim number, adjuster contact, and police report if available
  • If you have an attorney: their name and contact info
  • List of current medications and any imaging (X-ray, MRI) already done
  • A description of your symptoms and what makes them better or worse

What to expect at your first visit

The first visit takes about an hour. We start with a thorough history, perform a physical and neurologic exam, and order imaging only if it changes management. We explain everything we find in plain language and propose a treatment plan you can ask questions about. Most patients begin treatment the same day.

Insurance and payment

We accept most major insurance plans. For personal injury cases we work directly with attorneys and bill MedPay or accept letters of protection. We offer transparent cash pricing and payment plans for uninsured patients. Read more about MedPay and letters of protection.

For attorneys

If you are a personal injury attorney coordinating care for a client, our For Attorneys page covers documentation, narrative reports, deposition support, and how we structure case communication.
